Who we are and what these terms cover
vcshr.com is run by Visual Computer Solutions, based in Freehold, New Jersey. VCS HR is a brand of Visual Computer Solutions, and “VCS HR,” “we” and “us” in these terms mean Visual Computer Solutions. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only: the pages, the forms, the chat, the demos, the calculators and the content. If you buy VisualPAY, VisualHCM, VisualTIME, VisualDMS, Jobs4Blue or any other product or service from us, your customer agreement governs that relationship, and if it conflicts with these terms, the customer agreement wins.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our products, contact us, book a meeting, try a demo, use the pricing calculators, and apply for a job. You must be at least 18 and using the site for business purposes.
You agree not to:
- Give us false contact information or pose as someone else.
- Scrape, crawl or copy the site or its content with automated tools, other than search engines indexing public pages.
- Try to get around any security, rate limit or access control, or probe the site for vulnerabilities.
- Upload anything to a form, chat or application that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or contains malware.
- Use the chat, forms or phone numbers to send spam or sales pitches to us.
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law or these terms.
If we give you login access to a customer portal or a demo environment, that access is covered by the customer agreement or the demo terms we give you, not by these terms. Keep your credentials to yourself.
We can suspend or block access to the site at any time for any reason, including a breach of these terms.
Our content and trademarks
Everything on the site, including text, images, video, logos, page design and the calculators, belongs to Visual Computer Solutions or is used with permission. You may view it and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not republish, sell or build on it without our written permission.

isolved and the isolved logo are trademarks of isolved, Inc. VCS HR is an isolved Certified Network Partner. Information about the isolved platform on this site is provided by isolved and is accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the date shown on the page.
Other company and product names on the site are trademarks of their owners. VCS HR is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Any comparison on the site is based on publicly available information as of the date shown and may not reflect current features or pricing.
If you send us feedback or ideas through the site, we can use them without owing you anything.
What the site is and is not
The site is marketing material. It describes our products in general terms. Features, availability and performance depend on your configuration, your industry and your customer agreement. Nothing on the site is a promise about results, uptime, accuracy, compliance or outcomes for your business.
Pricing shown on the site, including the pricing calculators, is an estimate for planning purposes. It is not a quote. The price you pay is the price in your signed agreement. Calculator results depend on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown on the page, and we can change pricing at any time.
Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting or HR advice. Payroll, tax filing, overtime, biometric privacy, pay transparency and similar topics are governed by federal, state and local law that changes often. Talk to your own advisers about your situation.
The site links to other companies’ sites and loads tools from them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses, and we can change or remove any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, VCS HR and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site, even if we have been told it could happen. Governing law
These terms are governed by New Jersey law. Any dispute about the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you agree to that venue.
