VCS HR and New Jersey State Police Collaborate to Create Large-Scale Event Management Platform
Following a successful World Cup deployment, the enhanced Jobs4Blue platform delivers scalable workforce coordination for law enforcement and other mission-critical organizations.
Freehold, New Jersey, July 30, 2026 —VCS HR, a leader in workforce management technology for public safety agencies, announced the successful use of its Jobs4Blue large-scale event management platform during World Cup security operations coordinated by the New Jersey State Police.
With a history of successful collaboration between the two agencies, the New Jersey State Police chose to work closely with the VCS HR team in advance of the event to build a platform with capabilities designed to address the unique demands of large-scale public safety operations. The collaborative effort focused on improving operational flexibility, real-time communications, and workforce visibility in environments where assignments, reporting locations, and staffing requirements can change rapidly.
The enhancements were successfully utilized throughout the operation, allowing administrators to efficiently manage changing assignments across multiple operational locations while electronically notifying personnel of updates, tracking assignment acknowledgements, and maintaining a centralized, real-time view of workforce deployments.

“As our largest event to date, this presented a huge opportunity for us,” says VCS HR founder and CEO, Guy DiMemmo. “We’ve been preparing for this for the last year and a half, and now, we know exactly what it takes to manage extremely large events. Now, our software can handle anything.”
Throughout the planning process, VCS HR specialists met with New Jersey State Police personnel to understand the workflow required to coordinate a major international sporting event.
Based on that collaboration, VCS HR created a solution with enhanced deployment management, workforce communications, notification tracking, and operational visibility features designed specifically for dynamic, large-scale events.
The successful deployment demonstrated Jobs4Blue’s ability to support organizations responsible for managing complex workforce operations where rapid communication and operational flexibility are critical. Those capabilities are equally applicable to law enforcement agencies, emergency management organizations, transportation authorities, stadium and arena security teams, large entertainment venues, and organizations preparing for national and international events.
The World Cup deployment represents another milestone in VCS HR’s continued investment in workforce management technology for public safety, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering solutions that evolve alongside the operational needs of its customers.
